Abstract

It is aimed to determine the opinions of the students who are studying instruments at the graduate level in the research for distance education. For this purpose, a questionnaire prepared according to the 5-point Likert scale was developed. The questionnaire form was presented to the expert for evaluation and the pilot application of the questionnaire form prepared in line with the received opinions was performed (N = 11). The collected data were analyzed by Cronbach's alpha test, which is an internal consistency test, and the reliability coefficient was found to be α = .902. The prepared questionnaire was sent to 10 music education institutes that provided training at the graduate level for data collection and the collected data were analyzed and interpreted. In the light of the findings, it has been achieved that distance education can be used in the field of music education and various suggestions are given in this direction.
