In the study, fifty teacher semi-structured interview forms were applied in various provinces of Germany. Teachers' expressions were solved by qualitative data analysis methods through content analysis and open coding. The data were coded by the investigator and the consistency coefficient of the codes was calculated. The reliability coefficients of the four questions following the four questions including teachers' professional and personal characteristics were 65% for the fifth question, 64.10% for the sixth question, 80% for the seventh question, and 85.20% for the eighth question. In the study, Turkish and Turkish Culture textbooks were not prepared in accordance with the levels of the students abroad, the course materials and the hours were inadequate, and the students and parents were unconcerned about the classes.},author={Bayram ARICİ-- H.Ahmet KIRKKILIÇ},year={2017},journal={The Journal of Academic Social Science}}
