Abstract

The discussions araound the concept of democracy in the past century until today shows that development of this concept is still vital. Democratic practices vary with the change of political culture and every society creates his democracy by his political culture. Two contrasting examples of it are totalitarian democracy and liquid democracy. In this study has been analyzed, the sociological background of experience of the historical experience of the different democratical political systems through the concepts of totalitarian democracy and liquid democracy. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explain the relaiton between political culture and democracy experiences together with reference to the literature research of the related field.
