Abstract

Aim of this research is to investigate the relations between personality and job satisfaction. Personality perspective based on “Occupational Dimensions” of Hogan Personal Inventory. Presence and way of relations between six occupational dimensions and job satisfaction are questioned in order to find out “in which dimensions have strong relation?” Analyses made according to data collected from 124 personal of two commercial banks. In order to obtain data Hogan Personal Inventory and Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire are used. For the statistical analyses SPPS program used and correlation and regression analyses applied. Results show that only reliability dimension of personality has relation with job satisfaction.
