USING FUZZY TOPSIS APPROACH FOR FACILITY LOCATION SELECTION: AN APPLICATION IN MEDICAL SECTOR KURULUŞ YERİ SEÇİMİNDE BULANIK TOPSIS YÖNTEMİNİN KULLANIMI: SAĞLIK SEKTÖRÜNDE BİR UYGULAMA
The development in technology and the decreasing of production costs cause competition getting tougher and tougher. Within these conditions profitability ratios minimizes and location selection becomes more important. Because, a well decided location selection has many advantages such as logistics, marketing, qualified workers, being close to commodity, and transportation. In this study, it is tried to clarify the best location for a private surgery hospital in Antalya by using fuzzy TOPSIS approach. As a result, due to sector experts answers Lara - Kundu location has been chosen as winner from three nominees. Finally, disabilities about this article are told and some advices were given for investigations in the future.
