Abstract

Organizational justice has been a very popular subject in literature. Many research has been conducted on this specific area by different researchers. In this research, the relation between organizational justice perception and education level is surveyed by using Justice Scale (n=442). The analysis determined that there was a statistically significant difference in organizational justice perception between the different education levels.
