Abstract

In this study aimed to determination that impact on organizational cynicism attitudes of organizational justice perceptions of health care professionals. In study organizational justice scale developed by Niehoff and Moorman and organizational cynicism scale developed by Brandles were used. Study has applied, employees of two hospitals of the Ministiry of Health (n:350) between December 2014- March 2015 date. No samples has been selected for study and 80,28% (n:281) people has participated in the study. The Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of study were founds as; 0,884 overall organizational justice, 0,862 distributive justice, 0,768 procedural justice, 0,839 interactional justice, 0,862 overall orgaizational cynicism, 0,838 behavioral aspects, 0,796 cognitive aspects, 0,779 affective aspects.
