Abstract

In this study, the ethical leadership behavior of school administrators according to the perception of the teachers in the high school is aimed to compare under the four subscales of ethical leadership. In this study which General Scanning method is used, the data is collected by the help of “Ethical Leadership scale" developed by Yılmaz ( 2005) and consisting of 44 articles. In addition, a personal information form which is developed by the researcher was created for determining demographic characteristics of the teachers. Independent samples t - test was used for detection of gender- based differences in dimensions of Ethical leadership scale, one-way analysis of variance is used for the comparison by age in dimensions, Tukey HSD was used from the post hoc tests for determining the the groups from which the difference arise.
