Abstract

Learned resourcefulness may have effect on organizational commitment of personnel in health sector. Effects of learned resourcefulness on organizational commitment level of hospital personnel were examined. In the research, a survey including organizational commitment and learned resourcefulness was applied to personnel (n=350) of two education and research hospital operating in Istanbul in 2015. According to results of the study, there were statistically significant differences between emotional and normative commitment factors based on gender; all factors based on age and job type; normative and continued commitment based on work experience; normative and continued commitment based on working duration at their organization (p<0,05).
