ANALYZING RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL SILENCE: A RESEARCH ABOUT BANKING SECTOR IN KOCAELİ ÖRGÜTSEL BAĞLILIK VE ÖRGÜTSEL SESSİZLİK ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN İNCELENMESİ: KOCAELİ İLİNDE BANKACILIK SEKTÖRÜNDE BİR ARAŞTIRMA
The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship between the organizational commitment and organizational silence. The survey is conducted on 188 employees who work at banking sector and datas are analyzed through the SPSS statistical packet programme. In research we approach the organizational commitment’s two dimensions which are normative and emotional commitments. Also we approach the factors of employee silence in five dimensions which are managerial and organizational causes, business subjects, lack of experience, fear of isolation and fear of damaging relationships. According to the results of analyzing, positive relationship was found between emotional commitment and; managerial and organizational causes, business subjects, lack of experience, fear of isolation and fear of damaging relationships.
