With this purpose in mind, the Republican period programs (respectively 1924 First Schools Curriculum, 1926 First Schools and Rural Schools Curriculum, 1936 Primary School Program, 1948 Primary School Program, 1962 Primary School Program Draft and 1968 Primary School Program) have been examined and a literature review has been conducted on this topic. Information about the religious education in the primary school level is tried to be provided chronologically with the titles used for the courses, the numbers of must and elective courses.
