Abstract

In this research, of musıc educatıon ın pre-school ınstıtutıons are aimed to evaluate and examine them in the direction of pre-school teachers perspectives. Sample of the research is formed by 231 pre-school teachers chosen with random sample method and teachers, who are on duty at pre-school education institutions in Çanakkale dependent to Ministry of National Education due to 2013-2014 education term. However, if teachers have ,views about the subject has been asked with the open-ended question The answers of the teachers for the open ending question which is placed in the survey, have been analyzed by the method of content in the direction of qualitative paradigm. According to quantitive findings gained from answer of the open-ended question at the end of the survey; Teacher know the importance of the pre-school music education but they can not do something more than teaching a song due to their materials in the classrooms are insufficent.
