In this study it has been aimed to analyze erosion susceptibility analysis of Gökdere Basin and its surroundings. Being one of the tributaries of Murat River, Gökdere is located in the north of Beyhan I Dam. Agglomerate, tuff and marl has formed lithology in Gökdere Basin and its surroundings. This lithology’s being split by streams have caused a rugged topography. Vegetation is sparse in the basin and its surroundings, where slope values are high, and the destruction of forests is much. Erosion intensity is high in the basin and its surroundings due to these factors. Erosion susceptibility of Gökdere Basin and its surroundings has been determined using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing (RS) software.
