In recent years Turkey has become very popular in the aviation sector and emerged as a country that shows rapid growth. The capacity problems of Turkey’s most important and largest airport, Ataturk Airport, has revealed the need for a new airport. What quantities and qualities of human resource will be needed for the management of the new airport capacity is calculated with the help of CAGR for different scenarios. It is considered that findings will be helpful in both qualitative and quantitative human resource planning.
