Abstract

Social exclusion is multidimensional concept that contains many factors. Because of the fact that social exclusion is complicated, it has many variations and reasons. Puberty in education is a period that occurs many physical, sexual, pyschological and social changes. Adolescent is not independent from his social exclusion behaviour. Social exclusion in puberty can reduce school success and self respect by leaving the adolescent defenseless. This research is carried out to reveal the necessity of a school social service specialist against the threat of social exclusion. Social network analysis and qualitive methods are used. It was applied to 14 participants (4 females, 10 males) who are in 11 th grade and educated in same class. Datas which were acquired from participants were interpreted in terms of social-economic conditions and social exclusion behaviours. This study has the characteristics of reference for further researches abaut school social service.
