In this process, physiological and self development of personnel working at organizations providing domestic security has great importance. Fort this reason, it is aimed in the research to examine relationship between self respect and physiologic structures of Police Constabulary personnel. In the research, (n=397) law enforcement agency personnel working at Zonguldak City police department in 2015 year were subjected to survey including Brief Symptoms Inventory and self respect scales. According to results of the study, negative personality factor of physiological factors of personnel has statistically significant difference based on vocational experience of personnel (p<0,05). Based on vocational degree, there were statistically significant differences for all psychological factors (p<0,05).
