Abstract

Neonatal intensive care staff in intensive care units of ethical decision-making processes is extremely important place. This study of nurses working in neonatal intensive care areas to determine their attitude towards ethical dilemmas and to provide a unique identifier for literature with information on these results and is planned to be analytical. 151 midwives and nurses participation in the study was provided (n = 151). The data were collected; socio-demographic data collection form was used to survey ethical dilemmas.
