Abstract

This decision-making styles of managers in the study were identified and investigated whether there is a significant relationship between decision-making styles with defined demographic variables. In addition, factor analysis made about the scale and reliability of the scale was tested. Research population consisted of 406 general managers who work in a province and a total of 614 managers, including assistant manager in 1020. The sample of a province-wide working in 19 districts, selected through stratified sampling method 163 247 deputy director and manager, including forms 410.
