Abstract

The organizational commitment was studied in so many studies. If organizational commitment increases; employees want more to be the member of the organization and can easily adapt themselves to the organization’s goals. This study is done for measuring medical secretaries’ organizational commitment. 5 Likert Scale Survey is applied for medical secretaries in Denizli. The statistic analyses are prepared by SPSS 16,0. A survey is taken from Güniz BEKREK’ s Ph.DThesis. First part of the study is introduction part; second part is about medical secretary and organizational commitment concepts; third part of the study is about the importance of organizational commitment and fourth part of the study is about the factors that influence organizational commitment; fifth part of the study is about the purpose, method, hypotheses, population, sampling and findings of the study. The last part is about conclusion and evaluation.
