Abstract

The study aims to analyze the correlation stress factors in business life of certified public accountants between job satisfaction levels. In this study, the questionnaire technique was used to collect data. The population of the research is 1194 certified public accountants operating throughout Muğla in 2013. 299 valid questionnaires were evaluated. According to the results, there is not any meaningful correlation between stress factors and the level of intrinsic satisfaction of certified public accountants. While a positive correlation between technological problems, professional expectations, standards and audit factors and extrinsic satisfaction, there is a negative correlation between ethical principles and financial difficulties factors and the level of intrinsic satisfaction. There is a correlation between environmental factors and overall satisfaction level only, this correlation is positive.
