In this study, firstly the basics of the BOT Model have been dealt with, the practices in the world and in Turkey have been mentioned, and the acquisitions of the state and the private sector have been summarized. The parties of the BOT Model and their relations based on the agreements are explained. In addition, the BOT Model has been defined as a project finance method. In the study, the important elements of the BOT Model in the bidding process are defined with the viewpoints of the private sector in later chapters; and determining these elements in designing an effective bidding mechanism of a company willing to participate in a BOT tender, and its using these elements to increase the possibility of winning the BOT Project have been dealt with in detail. The sources of the uncertainties have been defined in order to apply successful BOT projects.
