THE ANALYSIS OF FERID EDGU’S SHORT SHORT STORY “STRANGE FAMILY (GARIP AILE)” BY SEMIOTICS METHODS FERİD EDGÜ’NÜN “GARİP AİLE” KÜÇÜREK ÖYKÜSÜNÜN GÖSTERGE BİLİMSEL YÖNTEMLERLE ÇÖZÜMLENMESİ
Short short story is a kind of narrative types are embodied in the form of text, sometimes half a page sometimes in a few utterances, as a result of textual condensation. Such stories are defined as a shock wave that reflects the moment. Meaning creates the effect of a shock in the first stage. During the analysis due to the density meaning of the text is a kind of lens should be kept in the text. Ferid Edgü, like a painter, is in an effort to reflect the moment and the screaming. In this study, Ferid Edgü's short short story "Garip Aile (Strange Family)" has been tried to be solved by semiotics methods. It is aimed to reach the hidden as well as sharp meaning elements in the deep-structure which is one of the figurative components of the textual surface-structure. The another object of the study is to make inferences about the structure of the short short stories.
