This issue has been embraced by a number of researchers whereas it has been criticized by some others. In this scope, this study aims to examine the inclusion of fictional elements into organization science and to be regarded as the first step in the dissemination of such inclusions. Having this aim, this study first demonstrates the inclusion of fictional elements in previous studies in organization science.
