In the study, while improving the reader's creative reading process what strategies is required to use, creative reading categories, reading levels, intensive reading and principles, the general view of creative reading, kinds of creative reading, the structure of creative reading and ıts process such as clarification on issues has been studied. In our country limitations of the studies in this field, and the activities’ being not sufficient level is remarkable. For improving reading and reading skills as functional, creativity, imagination and for a better level of understanding ıt is intended to fill in the gap and to remove deficiency in this field.
