Abstract

In the recent years it is of a great importance to speak a foreign language due to the growing relations of people living in different countries and belonging to different cultures and the increasing interaction of the countries at an international level. Therefore, the countries have been making various regulations in their education policies in the foreign language education in the light of the findings of the education sciences. The foreign language education in our country begins in the second grade of the elementary school with the education reform initiated in our country. Thus, as many positive situations arise in relation to foreign language teaching, we also encounter some negativity.
