This study involves mobbing-related victimhood stories of women. To this end, phenomenological research method was used. Interviews which lasted for 1.5 hour in average were conducted with 4 voluntary female employees who work in private sector. According to the data obtained from the sector, we can say that women encounter glass ceiling and queen bee syndromes which arise from their being female and pregnancy, womanhood and motherhood roles are used against women in this process. It was also observed that vertical and horizontal mobbing types function in parallel with each other, emphasis on the gender of woman is made by women as well. In addition, it was found that female managers use more severe mobbing on women; mobbing among women gets personalized and it gains momentum with gossip mechanism.
