Abstract

The aim of this study is identifying reasons of being not recruited of teachers and their methods to deal with unemployment because of being not recruited according to their perceptions. Study group of the study, which was screening model, involves 104 unemployed teachers who attended to the course hold by ISKUR. The data was gathered through a questionnaire developed by the author. The results showed that the teachers believed both administrators and general exams were unjust. There were significant differences between the perceptions of male and females on account of the ideas that the general exams were unjust, and social relations were inadequate to find job. Besides, the teachers try to learn different proficiency; share their stress with their friends; and keep away from people who imply for their unemployed condition.
