Abstract

Tourism, tourist activities that are subject to natural - historical- cultural values of various goods and services , to be presented to the tourists into a touristy product to be consumed by tourists , and between them is a set of actions involved in the process . This action is referred to the economic and social benefits of the process are to be managed by various actors. In other words, for the formation of tourist activities and products in order to perform the necessary actions to regulate the tourism sector, planning, developing, supervising and organizing is required. Tourism management in the modern sense in the world takes place in many different ways. At this point, to be applied in carrying out the activities required with the application of modern management philosophy, which actor or actors play a role emerges the question.
